CNC Machining

CNC (Computer Numeric Controlled) machining is a ‘Reductive’ manufacturing process that involves the removal of material using computer controlled precision cutting tools.

Investing in our reputation

Over the last few years we have invested heavily in the most up-to-date CNC machinery earning ourselves a solid reputation for being able to deliver high quality, accurate mass produced components.

CNC Machined components from any material

Our CNC operators work to the highest standards, ensuring cutting time, surface finish and final tolerances not only meet, but exceed our customers design specifications.

We work with a variety of materials including; mild & alloy steels, copper alloys, stainless steel, brass, aluminium and various plastics, a number of which we always keep in stock.

CNC applications

CNC machining is ideal when producing highly accurate parts where small tolerance levels are specified.

Because tooling is not required and there are relatively short set-up times, CNC machining is very cost-effective for one-off prototypes and development work.

It is also ideal when thousands of identical components are required over a period of time using the same CAD drawing.

Long and short batch production

Indenco’s CNC department has been specifically configured to cope with the production of both long and short batch runs allowing us to deliver high quality components at competitive prices and with shorter lead times.
